Brisbane woman vents frustration at Qantas over long lost luggage

A Brisbane woman has been waiting more than two weeks to hear anything about her missing luggage after she returned from overseas.
Sharron flew from Tonga to Brisbane with Qantas, when her luggage went missing.
More than two weeks on, she still doesn’t have her bag.
While she understands staff shortages and issues, she says she has been patient with the process.
“The frustration comes with the lack of customer service and the inability of any communication back to people who have lost their bags,” she told Neil Breen on Brisbane Live.
Despite being a very loyal Qantas customer, Sharron says she hasn’t heard whether the airline is working to track down her belongings.
“They gave me a number to ring in the morning, that number has rung out for 15 days,” she said.
“You can’t talk to anyone on the phone, I’ve sent emails, I’ve direct messaged, I have put out some tweets, one tweet got 3800 likes and lots of comments of people in the same situation.
“What I really want … for people like me we just want to know what’s the process for finding our bags.”
Morning @qantas Day 6 of missing baggage. No clothes, shoes, laptop charger, etc etc Original contact at airport was helpful but since appalling. No way to contact baggage services. Should I go to the airport and look myself? What on earth is going on here?
