Sofie Formica

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, baking became a real treat for many.

To mark this year’s World Baking Day, Sofie Formica spoke to the Queensland Country Women’s Association’s state vice president of the central region, Tamara Stephenson.

The newest edition has been updated to include all of the favourites, as well as updated metrics and more.

“Everything is better when it comes from home and it’s got that personal touch,” Ms Stephenson said.

“Baking is really popular right now.”

She says scones and the fruit cakes are the most popular…
