A man has been found dead inside a unit block north of Brisbane. 

Police were called to reports of a disturbance on Anzac Avenue at Kallangur to find a man dead inside.

A crime scene has been established and police are now speaking with three people.

Investigators are calling for any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage of the area to come forward.
