RATs, jobs and THOSE texts: Josh Frydenberg with Neil Breen
COVID-19 tests will be made tax deductible, as the federal government tries to switch focus to its economic management.
But that will prove hard as the leaked texts scandal continues to dominant debate.
Federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg attempted to have none of it in an interview with Neil Breen this morning.
“Labor will will go on about text messages, Neil, and I’ll go on about the unemployment rate reaching a 13-year low,” he said.
Mr Frydenberg is not a fan of Bob Carr, who last night tweeted without any evidence that Peter Dutton leaked the texts, a fact Mr Dutton has rejected.
He says Mr Carr “was a waste of space as a foreign minister and he suffers a bad bout of relevance deprivation”.
