A woman has been transported to hospital after a tree fell on her car along Coronation Drive. 

It comes after a thunderstorm passed over inner-Brisbane earlier this afternoon.

All outbound lanes have been blocked and diversions have been put in place to Park Road.

Crews are currently working to remove the tree from the roadway.
