New health issue forces Queen to pull out of Remembrance Sunday service
The Queen’s much-anticipated return to public duties has been cancelled at the eleventh hour due to an injury.
Queen Elizabeth II cancelled all public engagements almost four weeks ago on doctor’s orders, but had committed to making her return at the Remembrance Sunday service.
Less than two hours before it started, Buckingham Palace released a statement saying with “great regret”, Her Majesty couldn’t attend because of a sprained back.
