Online shoppers may be waiting even longer for their parcels due to another round of industrial action.

Around 1,000 StarTrack employees have walked off the job for the second time in weeks over job security and pay disputes.

Employees claim they had no choice but to undertake the 24 hour strike, after the company refused to meet with them.

The Australia Post-owned delivery giant is warning of delays.
