It’s blocking the left lane after Mt Gravatt Capalaba Road.

Emergency crews are on the scene.

Four fire crews are on the scene.

There are no reports of injuries.

There are delays in the area.

Caller Robert says it’s in a block of units next to a retirement village.

“You could see it was a serious fire by the colour of the smoke”.
