Women in Australia are being encouraged to check their breasts during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and beyond.

McGrath Foundation Director Tracey Bevan told Ray Hadley diagnoses of breast cancers are down.

“That’s a negative because people are not getting their mammograms and their checks.

“Take control of your health at home ladies: you need to be checking your breasts.”
