If one issue has become abundantly clear from the Coronavirus pandemic, it has been the over-reliance of the Western World on China.
As the United States continues to wage their trade war against China, they have begun to have products manufactured in other countries. Nations like Vietnam, Taiwan and Mexico have benefited from the US shifting their supply chains.
The Sydney Morning Herald’s Senior Business Columnist is Stephen Bartholomeusz and he joins John Stanley to expand on an article he wrote about nations moving away from products made in China.
