Man stabbed in chest multiple times at Kallangur overnight

A man is in a serious condition after being stabbed multiple times in the chest north of Brisbane.
Paramedics and police were called to Anzac Avenue and Dohles Rocks Road in Kallangur around 1am this morning.
Responders found a man in his 20s with multiple stab wounds.
He was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
No arrests have been made.
