The truth about parenting

As a new parent I found a great deal of difference between my own experience and that of my friends and family.

I also found some parenting books too rigid and dogmatic to fit my lifestyle and our baby. In addition, I felt there were a lot of things that no-one was brave enough to talk about (like post-natal depression and difficulties with breastfeeding).

I am using the responses of this survey to collate a book of parenting experiences in the hope of passing on some untold wisdom, sharing some personal truths and gaining a level of acceptance for each person's own experience.
