Good relations on the radio

Sally Chester-Law
Sally began her radio career at Radio 6PM in her hometown of Perth over three decades ago.
Originally employed as an 'Afterhours Control Operator' ('Hitline Chick'), her main responsibilities included keeping the late-night jocks awake by feeding them an endless river of coffee, and being the only person in the station who knew how to fire up the emergency generator in case of an electricity blackout.
Before long she made her way into the studios, and she's been talking ever since.
Sally hosted her own late night talk-back program at 5AA in Adelaide, before moving to Brisbane four years later where she produced Mornings with Haydn Sargent & Greg Cary on 4BC.
Since then her radio career has seen her work both in front of the mic and behind the scenes at radio stations around Australia, including FM 104, 4KQ, Star FM, and Canberra FM, where she spent her time in the nation's capital co-hosting the station's popular breakfast program.
Along the way Sally has collected one husband, two children, a Psychology degree, worked as a Lifeline Telephone Counsellor, and accumulated many years of life experience.
She's now returned to 4BC, and presents the Sunday Night program 'Good Relations' – a program about all types of relationships.
Join the conversation with Sally each Sunday night from 10pm.
