WORLD RENOWNED REAL ESTATE GURU JOINS 4BC’S KEVIN TURNER ON THE AIR

Host of The Lifestyle Channel's "Selling Houses Australia" Andrew Winter joins 4BC's Kevin Turner this Saturday (27th) from 10am - 12pm on the 4BC Real Estate Show.

Andrew Winter is obsessed with houses. With 25 years experience in the property trade he believes that if you haven't sold your house within two months then you’re doing something wrong! "In the last 20 years he has seen all different market conditions, met all different types of buyers from the poorest to the richest, met all types of sellers with all different kinds of attitudes, met all different kinds of estate agents, some great, some absolutely awful! Sold luxury homes, dream homes, derelict farm buildings, homes in scary areas, new homes, 400 year old houses and empty land.

Kevin is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer . He still works as a real estate agent and is a consultant and trainer to many top agencies around the country.

Kevin started selling real estate in Brisbane in 1988 and has owned and operated a number of real estate offices in Brisbane and New Zealand.

Kevin has also been a sales trainer, business development associate and Franchise Director for a large real estate group and was General Manager of eight real estate offices in New Zealand.

What was your first job?
A hand and machine compositor in a printing company in Toowoomba.

What is your favourite on air moment thus far?
Live broadcast from a Mirage Jet as we broke the sound barrier over Townsville.

What is your most embarrassing on air moment?
