License to smoke up in flames

4BC Drive: The Australiasian Assocation of Convenience Stores Jeff Rogut joins Gary Hardgrave after suggestions were made to force smokers to apply for a licence.

Rogut believes this would put huge strains on small store owners and is another example of "nanny state" red tape.
