Missing man, Upper Mount Gravatt

police Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 75-year-old Eight Mile Plains man who has been missing since yesterday afternoon. Robert Walker was last seen by his wife who had left him in their car, which was parked in the Garden City shopping centre car park while she went to get groceries. He has not been seen since.

Woodridge armed robbery

gunz Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their investigations into an armed robbery at Woodridge on Tuesday morning. Just after midnight a man armed with a handgun entered the Kingston Road petrol station and threatened a male employee before fleeing with a sum of cash.

o The Queensland Police Service is still seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a missing boy and girl from Mareeba. Simon “Sam” Elmas is believed to be travellilng in a 1996 grey Volvo sedan with 15-year-old Kai Elmas and 11-year-old Romany Elmas.

Search for missing man, Coolangatta

police Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 84-year-old Coolangatta man, Michael Lalos. Mr Lalos left his Coolangatta Road home just before 9am toady and was last seen walking in the vicinity of Tweed Heads shopping mall later in the morning.

Update - Coopers Plains stabbing

police 16th July 2010 - Police are investigating the stabbing of a 23-year-old man just before 6 on Sunday evening. It is believed the victim was at the Coopers Plains Railway Station with some friends when they were harassed by two males who were in company with two females.

police A 31-year-old man will face court today on a number of charges following an alleged incident at Goodna on July 8. It is alleged the man struck the victim, a 27-year-old man in the stomach with a syringe before driving away in a stolen car from a service station on the Ipswich Motorway at around 2.20pm.
