Update: armed robbery charges, Goodna
A 31-year-old man will face court today on a number of charges following an alleged incident at Goodna on July 8.
It is alleged the man struck the victim, a 27-year-old man in the stomach with a syringe before driving away in a stolen car from a service station on the Ipswich Motorway at around 2.20pm.
He is due to appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court charged with two counts each of willful damage and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and one count each of armed robbery, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, an act intended to cause grievous bodily harm and fail to stop motor vehicle.
