Man dies following traffic crash, Balmoral:  A 21 year-old East Brisbane man has died of injuries sustained in a traffic crash 13 days ago at Balmoral.  The man was a passenger in a car that lost control and hit another vehicle on Riding Road on October 2.  He died at the Princess Alexandra Hospital just before midnight.

Pursuit of stolen vehicle, Ashmore:  Police were engaged in a brief pursuit of a stolen vehicle at 7:30 last night at Ashmore on the Gold Coast.  The stolen car, a black 2009 Holden Commodore utility with Ben’s Gutter Cleaning sign written on the vehicle, accelerated to what were deemed to be unsafe speeds to continue the pursuit.  Police are seeking public assistance to find this distinctive car.
