Too much?

This was taken last week on Old Northern Road, Albany Creek (suburb of Brisbane). It has about 2 tonnes of concrete blend and 200kg bags of cement in the back. A very expensive exercise as a Department of Transport vehicle also arrived, to probably offload a hefty fine.

As a tradie i get about a fair bit and often buy odds and ends at Bunnings[weekend warrior world] and it never ceases to amaze me on the things that some "drivers' stuff into and on top of all sorts of vehicles, the QLD transport guys would have a field day parked outside.

The first thing that should be done is to cancel his driver license, as he has to be deficient in Gray Matter area.
To not realise that it is overloaded.Maarten V Thursday 22 July, 2010 - 3:26 PM -
Certainly an impressive feat, though one would have thought that at some point during the loading process someonew would have had a lightbulb moment and asked "are you sure this is a good idea?"

Would be interesting for the DRIVE team to chase this up to see what QLD Transport did about this?
It should be found out the weight loading on the front and rear wheels and see if the fines ( if any ) match those imposed on the heavy vehicle industry!
