Taxpayer-funded Rudd Rubbish
This is a very difficult piece to write, because I don’t want to draw any more attention to the seditious protest that I’m writing about.
But it’s important. It’s important that an artist on the public purse is using his taxpayer funding to produce this sort of offensive rot.
It’s also important because this government-benefit recipient is the Prime Minister’s nephew.
Van Thanh Rudd. He has used his position as the PM’s nephew to draw attention to the causes that he supports.
Like selling the idea that Australia is an inherently racist country to the Indian media.
Or “protesting” for the world’s media outside the globally-televised Australian Open in Melbourne by donning a Ku Klux Klan outfit.
I interviewed Van Rudd today about his latest and most offensive piece of protest imagery. It’s a photo-shopped piece of rot that superimposes a triumphant Shane Warne dressed in the Australian Cricket team uniform next to a group of Australian SAS soldiers carrying the coffin with their dead mate.
I asked him what he wanted to achieve. He said he wanted to protest against Australian nationalism. He wants to stop us from supporting our nation’s role in Afghanistan. The end result of all of that can only be a drop off in support for our troops.
I’m sure Van Rudd’s piece will go down well with supporters of Islamist terror in Australia. I’m sure that many of his taxpayer-funded mates on benefits will rejoice in the subversive imagery. Van Rudd has done very nicely out of a secure Australia. He’d do well to show a bit more respect for those who have fought to make it that way.
The Prime Minister should pull his nephew into line. And no, I won’t be putting up a link to his “art”.

Hey Joe Rossi...
I thought it was about time I said a few words on the subject of "it runs in the family"...
So I clicked on the blog.
Then I was confronted with the comment of :
Joy.. of Monday 8th Feb.
I sat here and read Joy's comment two or three times, my shoulders slumped, I'm sure, over my keyboard and I said out loud... "How the hell could I say anything that would add to that"...
Bloody spot on Joy.....
It's all enough to make you pewk.Wobblyone Wednesday 17 February, 2010 - 3:31 PM -
Typical Van is only stroking his own ego just like uncle KRudd.

KRUDD - WITH ALL OF HIS SINCERITY (LAUGH LAUGH LAUGH) PROTESTS. THIS IS THE SAME GUTLESS WONDER THAT IS SELLING AUSTRALIA OUT TO GAIN HIS OWN POST ELECTORAL JOB (IN THE USELESS NATIONS). WHAT A JOKE HE IS. ANY OTHER INTERNATIONAL LEADER WOULD BE FIGHTING TO RETAIN ALL THE RIGHTS AND GAIN SOME MORE FOR HIS PEOPLE. NOT THIS IMBECILE. RUDD FIRST - AUSTRALIA (um what is that word?) LAST. WHEN YOU PUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ABOVE YOUR OWN PEOPLE THAT SAYS A LOT FOR YOUR LOYALTY. IN FACT YOU ARE A TRAITOR AND AS A SUPPOSED PRIME MINISTER - COMMITING TREASON.

The interview with V Rudd today showed this guy for what he is. He is obviously trying to justify his(OUR) "arts grant" and big note himself because of his link to the PM. This guy is no artist, he is Un Australian. His infantile, naive and helplessly crippled view on how he percieves this country is a sad thing. When Master Rudd grows up a bit, maybe he can get a real job and keep his opinions to himself.

Like his "art" or not - soldiers have fought and died so that we live in a society where everyone has the freedom to express themselves - yes even if it upsets you. People on this board have threatened violence against this harmless buffoon - maybe youd prefer to live in Iran or North Korea where such freedom isn't allowed. Got any books you'd like to burn while your burning his art? It's a slippery slope once you start.
