SMITHY PLEASE TELL ME IF IM HEARING RIGHT, LISTENING TO THE CH 9 NEWS ABOUT THE FLOODS OUT WEST IT WAS REPORTED THAT ONE BLOKE WAS HELPING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR FLOODED HOUSE SO A FEW PEOPLE GOT IN THE BACK OF THE UTE THEN BUGGER ME HES PULLED UP BY THE COPS AND GIVEN A TICKET FOR HAVING PEOPLE IN THE UTE,AND WAS TOLD TO ME BY A TRUCKIE THAT WAS STRANDED AND WAS ALSO ON CH9 THAT THEY WERE GIVING THEM TICKETS FOR BEIGN PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD GET ONTO ANNA BLIGH AND GET HER TO FIND OUT IF THIS IS TRUE, IF SO WOULDN"T THE COPS BE BETTER OFF GETTING THEIR FEET WET AND GIVING THEM A HAND.

micheal smith i agree with everything you say about the burqa.I WAS WALKING MY LITTLE GRANDAUGHTER THROUGH THE SHOPPING CENTRE AND TURNED A CORNER AND WHAT DID WE FACE,YES A WOMAN DRESSED FROM HEAD TO TOE WITH JUST A SLIT FOR THE EYES, MY GRANDAUGHTER JUST SCREAMED I HAD TO PICK HER UP, AND MICHEAL IF YOU COULD SEE THE LOOK IN HER EYES WHILE SCREEMING, I HAD TO CARRY HER OUTSIDE TO GET HER AWAY FROM THE STUPID BLOODY MORON, I FELT LIKE GOING AND RIPPING THE GARBAGE OFF HER HEAD, THEN THE LAW WOULD HAVE PROTECTED HER, WHY DO OUR YOUNG KIDS HAVE TO BE SUBJECTED TO THIS GARBAGE.MICHEAL WE TALK ABOUT IT WE WRITE ABOUT IT AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS, THE SHOPKEEPERS DONT WANT THEM IN THEIR SHOPS, AND TIME GOES ON AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENS,WHAT HAVE WE GOT TO DO TO GET THIS STOPPED,THEY KNOW AUSSIES ARE PISS WEAK AND WILL NOT GO ANY FURTHER,ALMA FUDD HASNT GOT THE GUTS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, THE OTHERS IN CANBERRA ARE AS JUST AS WEAK, THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN NEXT TO ME IN THAT SHOPPING CENTRE THAT DAY.

I for one would never say that Mr Smith is the most open minded and tolerent of people i've had the pleasure of talking to on the radio. However i have to say that Mr Smith would have to be one of the most genuine and honest people i've had the pleasure of speaking with.

Mr Smith should be commended for not only his civic mindedness but his relentless efforts to make this a better place for us all.

Go visit your local Islamic School David and see for youself.

They can't be doing too badly. A few months ago, I was reading a Newsletter from my child's school. I was amazed. Her school lost an Aussie Rules Football match against an Islamic School.

I wonder what they are teaching those kids!

They come to our country, steal our jobs and our women...and beat our kids at Aussie rules!

How dare they?!

I would love to find out what is taught in muslim schools in Australia. O a;so think the government should bring in a Code of Religious Conduct for all religions in Australia. Such items as: Members free to join, leave and marry threats etc without fear of violence- As in France, ban large religious objects in schools, male and female equality, no female sexual mutilation, No sermons encouraging violence, support of Australia government- if they can't agree with these ideals, then close them down-
