Thank goodness common sense is starting to prevail with this nonsense that Kevin Rudd, Penny Wong, Al Gore and others spout about humans beings adjusting the earth’s temperature at will.

It’s up there with Ian Plimer’s book Heaven and Earth. As its name suggests it sets out the con that artists like Rudd, Gore and Wong are trying to put over us.

The earth’s climate has always changed. Humans weren’t around during the great ice age or the hot times in the distant past.

We weren’t driving cars and running power stations in the Medieval Warm Period from AD 800 to AD 1300. Temperatures then were between 1.5 and 2 degrees C higher than now. Read all about it here

The dodgy temperature statements that the zealots like Rudd make compare today’s temperature with the Little Ice Age, a cool period that ended in the 1800s. We are clearly not living with 'the hottest years on record.' They are lying.

Thank goodness that common sense is starting to be heard.

There is absolutely no case to tax us into the Stone Age and to put electricity beyond the means of normal people. The rich and the traders will get richer. The nonsense that you hear about 'business certainty' is code for big business getting in and lobbying to make money on the trading systems. You’d think the current economic crisis would have provided a lesson for the government to learn about the risks of trading in exotic financial instruments - just like carbon credits.

It seems there is a majority of people who disagree with the climate change religion, flouride and so many other terrible wrongs committed against us by those we put our trust in, but where are they and who listens to them. Obviously the polititions of all sides don't, they have their selfish agendas that take precedence over the wishes of their constituants. They are prepared to sell their grandmothers to achieve their political aims and that is the honest truth.

I cannot believe that Turnball has supported the ETS. I swear to you now the our family will not be voting for the libs over this we will now only be supporting the polies that vote NO. The ETS is an asbolute waste of money and will make absolutely no difference to the climate. I would love to hear them state that this will stop climate change because then it would be easy to identify the liars.

This has to rank up there with the best ever modern day "Con" being put to the world population. The average bloke in the street cant be fooled, by their posturing.
I wonder just how much money has been spent in Gores world campaign and to a much lesser extent 'How much has our present government spent' and the extent theyve been duped by this failed american polly.
Thank God for people listening to some commonsense options NOW being allowed to be put.
