Michael Smith talks with Attorney-General, Robert McClelland, about Kevin Rudd’s downfall, prime minister Julia Gillard’s gain and where to now for the Australian Labor Party.

  • I remain unconvinced the ALP is now going to start governing in the nations best interest. In 2008 Mr McClelland gave a speech http://www.cla.asn.au/0805/index.php/articles/2008/what-does-rule-of-law-mean-in-australia on human rights, rule of law, our independent media and courts in which he portrayed a country very different from the one I am actually living in as I explained in Attorney General misleads the people http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2009/03/424062.html

I phoned and wrote to his and Kevin Rudds office many times on human rights abuses, judicial abuse and judicial corruption against an unrepresented Australian born schoolboy but never received any response even after I personally met and handed Kevin Rudd a letter on my grievances at a community forum.

I have now contacted Julia Gillards office. I hope Ms Gillard wont also just fob me off back to the unaccountable Anna Bligh again like the unethical and unchristian Kevin Rudd did, when or should I say if? I receive a response from her in 4-6 weeks time.

  • I think John Clarke and Bryan Dawe do a brilliant job but they have been outdone by Robert McClelland. Very funny.

  • It was Jules yesterday who said that the Labour Party has lost it way. Certainly has, no longer is it the party of the People, but the Party of the few pieces of scum from within who walk the corridors of Power at the Peoples House in Canberra, thats Parliament House, the one that stands on the hill so prominently at the end of Democracy Drive; the house usurped by the likes of Habib, Howes et. al. Make yourselves a promise now, never, ever trust the Labour Party again.
