Asylum seekers before homeless
Michael Smith editorial: The Australian government is giving preference to asylum seekers rather than homeless Australians. It seems around 80% of Australian couples, with children, facing homelessness are denied any kind of emergency accommodation. Listen now and have your say.

Amy, i am not trolling for any particular political party, where-as Wobbly is.
I didn't even comment on the asylum seeker issue, i commented on Tom's original post and pointed that much of what he wanted was the way it allready is and what else he mentioned was incorrect.
Wobbly's dislike for me is mostly the same dislike he has for the truth, which is much the same dislike the political party he represents has for both the truth, freedom of speech and snyone who isn't white and European.
Asylum seekers represent a tiny portion of the billions wasted by government, not least the billions wasted on the BER. All government waste is money that could be better spent on Australians who need it asylum seekers or no asylum seekers.

@Crimson, and it is not obvious which Political Party you are "trolling" for.
Crimson, you don't get it do you. It is not the money per say spent on these illegal immigrants. The problem is, that it is this money could be spent on the things that we the Australian people who already live here want and need. LOW COST HOUSING ~ DECENT HOSPITALS ~ AFFORDABLE FOOD and FUEL etc.

Wobblyone 15 August.
The quote in regard to politicial correctness is yours not mine.Whilst you are at it might I suggest you check a dictionary for the definition of the platitude.
Most of your ill founded comments are covered by that definition.
Cheers

What on earth else did you expect from a government that pledged 25 million of taxpayers money to the Taliban, allows Islamic extremist groups banned in many countries overseas to incite racial hatred here, and is about to ratify a treaty that could allow Australian's to be extradition to the UAE to be tried under Sharia law and sentenced to death.

Amongst all them words you published Wobbly i am surprise you didn't provide a free plug or two for your favourite "hemogenous society" seeking political party...
Or did you guys have a falling out?
Have you actually started listening to Mr Smith on the radio or is trolling here still your only intention?

Crimson

SUBJECT: Diggers homes for Illegal Immigrants - a disgraceful betrayal by gillard and labor!!!!!
LaborĂ¢??s shameful plan to evict Defence Force families from their married quarters and barracks to make room for illegal immigrants is a humiliating insult to our servicemen and women.
