Tina Turner hits another milestone
Most of us are happy to put our feet up and have a rest when we hit 70 aren’t we?
The thought of rocking to screaming audiences around the world is probably the last thing on our minds.
But there is one woman who is turning 70 this Saturday who doesn’t know the meaning of slowing down and that’s Tina Turner.
What a life this still sexy, rocking grandma has had.
She has survived a difficult and at times heartbreaking childhood, an abusive and demanding husband and mentor and a career that just seems to go from strength to strength.
“The Queen of Rock and Roll” has sold nearly 200 million albums worldwide and has sold more concert tickets than any other solo music performer in history.
We will pay tribute to Tina Turner this Saturday night.
