  • I wonder if Dr. Zwitkowski could explain some of the new technology coming up regarding reactors, especially the Integrated Fast Reactor and why Clinton killed it off.

  • The core of the earth is probably a 5 km wide fast breeder reactor so why all the fuss about a few surface plants?

  • Dear Greg Re Ziggies Uranium PowerWhy not use Uranium Powered, Turbines to Pump all the Rain run off waterÃdown south that is otherwise lost into the Sea in the top half of Australia every year?
Why can't we use the Concrete Blocks created for the used Uranium "Rods" by making them into "standard sized concrete blocks" to build "Prefabricated concrete Road's" throughout Australia? We badly need to build and replace older (Roads and Rail) throughout Australia. Most of the USA's roads are made from Concrete right now! This way it would be low cost and or low maintenance and would be cheaper in the long run than storing it all underground? It would last 20 times longer thanBitumen and Roadbase and unlike Asphalt instead of having to dig it up and disposing of it you would only need to Resurface it with more concrete to maintain its smooth standard thats 4 problems solved in one! • Go Nuclear. Australia exports about 40% of the world's Uranium, but don't we use don't ourselves.
About 25 countries are at this time discussing their INCREASE in use of nuclear power plants - totaling over 100 new plants wordwide. But, not us. But, I'm not too worried. I think attitudes towards the use of nuclear power has been softening in recent years in Australia. Mine has.
