QANTAS announces split between domestic and International services
As Alan Joyce announces major changes to the QANTAS business model, speculation grows over what direction the company will take when it splits into separate domestic and international branches with separate CEOs. Barry Urquhart from Marketing Focus joins Gary Hardgrave to discuss the possibilities, while looking back at the rise of the TAA. Michael Wong from the Transport Workers Union also comments on the impact this will have on employees.
