Class action over 2011 floods

MORNINGS: David Stark, Spokesperson for the Flood affected businesses of Qld speaks to Greg Cary today about the latest class flood actions being taken as a direct  as a result  some of the findings of the Flood inquiry that SEQ water did not comply with some of its requirements. The legal bill could potentially cost the Qld Government around $2.5 billion.  

BREAKFAST: Over three thousand Queenslanders have now joined a class action over the 2011 floods.

Law firms are hoping to recruit more claimants.
