Chefs cooking over parking
4BC Drive: Brisbane restaurateurs are up in arms after Brisbane City Council last week announced metered parking across the CBD, South Bank and Fortitude Valley.
They say the new parking regulations will almost certainly mean the end for several businesses. David Pugh, owner and head chef of Restaurant Two in Brisbane is leading the protest and joins Gary Hardgrave to express his concerns, saying local restaurant owners were never consulted about the changes.
