4BC Drive: The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator project opens for business on the 21st of January.

The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator project was established in 2010 following a COAG decision to establish a single national system of laws for heavy vehicles over 4.5 tonnes with the laws being administered by an independent national regulator.

Project Director, Richard Hancock, joins Gary Hardgrave.
