New anti-hooning laws? He forgot to mention that you don't have a chance to be heard in court and to be heard by the crown.In other words the police will have the powers above and beyond the crown. And that ht e statistics show the year to date that the numbers of type 1 hooning offences have fallen 8.2%. More cars equals more revenue. People are going to die on the roads regardless.
