New graffiti hotspots
4BC Breakfast: West End and Highgate Hill are the new graffiti hotspots, according to Brisbane City Council's graffiti taskforce. Peter and Mary from 4BC Breakfast hear from Richard Hampson, who's been cleaning up graffiti with the Jindalee Rotary Club for years.
