Baked Apples
Preheat oven to 175ºC.
Wash 4 green apples and scoop out the core from top of the apple, leaving a well. Do not cut all the way through.
Stuff apples with a mixture of 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon soft butter, 1 tablespoon whisky-soaked raisins and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Place apples in a shallow baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve with vanilla ice-cream.
